Welcome to Nathan D. Painter, LLC. Nathan D. Painter founded this firm to combine large-firm experience with the flexibility necessary to meet the particular, individual needs of each client. Nathan practices in a variety of areas including business law and litigation, education law, election law, equine law, employment law, estate planning, and criminal law among others. Nathan has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state court.

A former Franklin County Assistant Prosecutor, Nathan knows and understands the importance of becoming involved in the community.  Nathan is active in the Hilliard, Ohio area helping to establish a Farm Market, serving as a Magistrate for the City of Hilliard, and currently a member of the City of Hilliard’s Board of Zoning Appeals.
